We are thrilled to be a part of the incredible Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel Project with Kpat! These photos were taken from our recent site walkthrough, capturing the start of this exciting build, with roughly 11 more levels still to be poured. This project includes 14 stories, 182 luxurious rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant.

Our Phoenix team is proudly taking on the internal and external carpentry package, along with ceilings and partitions throughout. Exciting times ahead as we gear up to bring this vision to life. Keep an eye on this space for more updates – big things are coming!

Sunshine Coast Business Awards 2024, here we come! Phoenix C & B is absolutely chuffed to be a finalist in the Building & Construction division of the Sunshine Coast Business Awards.

This is an incredible achievement for Ben and Robyn, and it would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our amazing crew! We are so proud of the team and everything we’ve accomplished together.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with GVG on this project. A big congratulations also to all trades and workers involved in this project, and a special thank you to our incredible Phoenix crew for all your hard work. This wouldn’t have been possible without you.

We are proud to have completed the framing, wall linings, ceilings and bulkheads, CPL package and the carpentry package for both towers and townhouses on this amazing project.
