Phoenix is thrilled to announce the completion of the Avani hotel in Mooloolaba, and the hotel is now open!

A modern beachfront hotel, designed with a clean, coastal luxury style that reflects its oceanfront setting. Only walking distance from the popular spots like the Esplanade and The Wharf precinct.

The hotel features around 180 modern rooms and suites, many with ocean or hinterland views. It also offers premium amenities including a rooftop pool and bar, on-site dining, a gym, and a day spa.

Massive recognition to the Phoenix workers whose hard work helped turn this project into reality.
